Fish Creek Overnighters
On our Fish Creek lease we have renovated an old homesteader cabin and now provide overnight trips to catch our early morning and late evening hatches. An overnight at Fish Creek will give the angler every opportunity at our Colorado River Cutthroat's that range in size from six inches to sixteen inches with an occasional eighteen plus trout. Your guide will handle the cooking for you and your fishing partner; grilled steaks with all the fixing's for dinner, and a breakfast and lunch that will please any palate. We only allow two rods at a time for this overnighter as to not over-fish this small spring-fed stream.
The cost for this great fishing get away is only $1500.00 per two rods.
We limit the number of rods for Fish Creek, so book this one soon!
Fish Creek (one day):
$350.00 for 1st rod
$100.00 for 2nd rod
Faler Creek
Many clients that fished this new private lease stream with us this past summer thought it should be renamed to Big Fish Creek. This spring creek like stream, which meanders through a private ranch on the outskirts of Pinedale, produces some wonderful trout in the 18 to 24 inches category. In addition to size, you run into a nice cross section of trout species, which include rainbow, cutthroat, cut bows (cross between rainbow and cutthroat) and big, fiesty browns. Faler Creek offers great challenges and rewards for the intermediate fly fisher, but the novice angler can get their share of action too. This clear, slow-moving stream is a sight fisher's paradise. You will want to move slowly on this creek to take advantage of the many trout holding areas such as runs, deep holes, cut banks and weed troughs. There is no greater thrill than observing a huge shadow holding next to weed bed, casting to the target and having the fish move to and devour your fly.
Faler Creek:
$350.00 for 1st rod
$100.00 for 2nd rod
